...Ireland a year ago...

I am feeling really lonesome for Ireland!!! just a year ago we were there and it seems like just days have gone by... but its been a year!!! I just took a walk down "memory lane" and I thought I would share...

Family BBQ!!!

well we had a awesome bar-b-q last night at moms house... we just love getting together with "our loved ones". Kathleen brought coleslaw and the biggest bowl of baked beans ever!!! and we brought the hamburgers and hot dogs... i just love hanging out with my family... now i know in this day in time that is an oddity but i really do... my sister, my mom and my grandma are all my best friends and i love them with all my heart!!! so naturally i really truly enjoy spending time with them!!! and yes we had a few "mishaps" maybe just maybe Roxy tinkled a little bit on Kathleen's shirt.... and maybe just maybe my grandma might have accidentally burned a little of Roxy's eye brow off with her cigarette... and maybe just maybe there was a bunch of fly's buzzing around but we had an awesome time and i cant wait till we do it again!!!

JP CLERK SCHOOL, WEDDINGS AND MUDDIN!!!

WE HAD QUITE AN EXCITING WEEK... I WENT TO DALLAS FOR JP CLERK SCHOOL AND WAS THERE FOR 4 DAYS!!! I GOT TO VISIT WITH DONNY'S GREAT AUNTS BETTY AND FRANCES, AT 99 AND 97 THEY ARE SO FIESTY THEY KEEP ME ON MY TOES!!! DONNY'S UNCLES TOOK ME TO DINNER AT THE YELLOW ROSE CAFE!!! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE DINNER WITH THOSE 2 WAS!!! I DROVE HOME ON SATURDAY MORNING WITH 30 LBS OF FROZEN CAT FISH, DEER SAUSAGE AND PLUMS!!!! I HURRIED HOME BECAUSE DONNY'S BEST FRIEND JEREMY MONROE WAS GETTING MARRIED AT 6:30!!! WE MADE IT AND IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING!!! ON SUNDAY WE WENT TO THE RIVER AND RODE 4 WHEELERS... THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN AND VERY MUDDY ALSO!!! I MADE A NEW FRIEND... SHELBY!!! SHE IS A LOT OF FUN AND WE HAVE A LOT IN COMMON!! HERE ARE A FEW PICTURES OF OUR WEEKEND!!!

sister and I went garage sailing....I seriously think we found the best stuff... she got 2 really nice pieces of furniture and some awesome shabby chic stuff for her guest room!!! I got a really cool old cabinet... I'm going to paint it... pictures will be up later on... we had a really fun sisters day out!!! Sisters truck almost didn't fit everything...


ok i was really freaked out a couple of days ago when my hub told me that we might, just maybe have a mouse under the kitchen sink.... so he set some mouse traps and on Wednesday night we heard a sound like no other... a trap going off... we caught the mouse!!!! she hubby showed the mouse to our cat ruby... and told her ok this is what you need to catch, its your job to catch the mice!!! and this is what i woke up to the very next morning....

right by the foot of my bed!!!!! yes that is a toy mouse with a bell on it... but she did her job!!!! and she had found like 4 more... it made is laugh very hard...
